Parents: It is now possible to go online and put money on your child’s meal account and also pay for some selected school fees with either a credit/debit card or bank transfer. It is easy to get started! Go to the cashless schools website; and look for the “Parent Help” section.

1. Withdrawal Form - only if withdrawing during the school year.
2. Last report card
3. Birth certificate
4. Social security card
5. Immunization record needed at time of enrollment (will need to be on Georgia form #3231 within 30 days. Ear, Eye and Dental form #3300 is due within 120 days)
6. Proof of residency - current Georgia Power bill
7. Custody/Guardianship paper or court orders (if applicable)

Kohl’s Cares $500,000 Opportunity
What would your school do with $500,000? In celebration of “Kohl's Cares” 10th anniversary, they are donating $500,000 to 20 schools each for a total of $10 million. An idea is required for a school to be eligible to win.
